Annette Fritz is the Court Administrator for Washington County Court Administration, Tenth Judicial District, a position she has held since July 2009.
She was elected President of MACM in 2014. She served as Membership Services chair 2012-2014. Prior to that, she was a member of the Membership Services committee for 10 plus years, serving as co-chair 2009-2011.
Prior to her appointment as the Washington County Court Administrator, Annette was a Manager in the Court Services Division of State Court Administration for two years working with all 87 county court offices and various state agencies on court related projects. Prior to that, she was a supervisor in Olmsted County Court Administration for 18 years. Annette has served on many court, county, and statewide committees and has been involved in several technological and operational initiatives throughout Minnesota. She has over 26 years of experience in the Minnesota Judicial Branch.
Annette serves on the Enterprise Project Review Panel, eCourt committees, past member of the Court Operations Advisory Workgroup (COAW) and is a member of the Washington County Community Corrections Advisory Board.
Annette has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University. She is a Fellow with the Institute for Court Management, National Center for State Courts.
