Rhonda Bot, Judy Isaacson, and Robyn Boche receive a 2012 Minnesota Association for Court Management (MACM) Award

The Minnesota Association for Court Management announced the recipients of its 2012 awards at its annual meeting in October, 2012.

Rhonda Bot, Multi-County Court Administrator for Douglas, Morrison and Wadena Counties, Seventh Judicial District, received the 2012 MACM Distinguished Service Award. Several years ago, Wadena County was added to Rhonda’s responsibilities. She accepted the challenge, and with her strong leadership skills proceeded to develop a high-functioning team of court professionals dedicated to improving the administration of justice.

Judy Isaacson, Court Administration in Carlton County, Sixth Judicial District, received the 2012 MACM Excellence in Courts Award for her work on the improvement of the psychological services process and her excellent service to the Probate Division. Judy has taken on district-wide responsibility for the process of appointing examiners. She has developed a system that all Sixth Judicial District employees can use in the process of appointment and payment of court examiners. In addition to Judy’s work on psychological services, she also took over the supervision of the St. Louis County Probate Division.

Robyn Boche, former Education and Organizational Development Manager with the State Court Administrator’s Office, received the MACM 2012 Coach/Mentor of the Year Award. Throughout Robyn’s career, she has provided strength and direction by coaching and mentoring her coworkers, staff she supervised, and others across the state. Robyn has demonstrated tremendous dedication and enthusiasm in her work and has been an outstanding coach/mentor with her energy, talents, and creativity.

“Court and government employees often do not receive recognition for their service and achievements. These individuals have gone above and beyond to improve operations, coach someone and/or improve the court in which they work. Through their dedication to public service and commitment to the court system, we all benefit,” said MACM President, Vicky Carlson.
