Megan Bergman has been the Multi-County Court Administrator for Benton and Mille Lacs counties since
December 2021. She joined the Minnesota Judicial Branch, Tenth Judicial District in 2011 as a Senior Court
Clerk for Isanti County. After that, she spent almost two years as the Criminal Duty Clerk for the U.S.
District Court of Minnesota, working for the Federal Magistrate Judges, in St. Paul and Minneapolis. She
also worked for the Minnesota Court Payment Center and following that was promoted to Calendar
Coordinator/Supervisor for the 2nd District Criminal Division in Downtown St. Paul. Megan went back to the
10th District and took on a Court Operations Trainer role for the Criminal and Juvenile Delinquency case
types. After that, she was promoted to Court Operations Supervisor for Isanti County in February of 2020.
She was then promoted to Isanti County Court Administrator in June of 2020. Before coming to the Branch,
Megan worked as a Behavior Analyst for the Department of Health and Human Services for a regional crisis
department. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management, from Rasmussen
University and has her Masters’ degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management from Concordia
University in St. Paul in 2019 and graduated summa cum laude. Megan is an active member of the Minnesota
Association for Court Management (MACM) serving on the Membership Services Committee and was the recipient
of the individual State Court Administrator’s award in 2022. She has participated in the Supervisory
Spectrum, Franklin Covey courses including Presentation Advantage, and many other judicial branch offered
courses.
