Megan Bergman serves as the Court Administrator for the Minnesota Supreme Court, leading the administrative functions essential to the highest court in the state. Since joining the Minnesota Judicial Branch in 2011, Megan has cultivated an impressive career marked by progressive leadership and a deep commitment to optimizing court operations and wellbeing.
Her extensive experience encompasses critical roles across the state and federal judicial systems, including pivotal positions in court operations, training, and supervision. Most recently, Megan demonstrated exceptional leadership and broad operational acumen as a Multi-County Court Administrator for Benton and Mille Lacs counties in the 7th Judicial District. Prior to this, she quickly advanced through leadership roles as Court Operations Supervisor and then as Court Administrator for Isanti County.
Academically distinguished, Megan earned her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management from Concordia University, St. Paul, graduating summa cum laude in 2019, following her Bachelor’s from Rasmussen University. Her dedication to excellence was formally recognized in 2022 with the individual State Court Administrator’s award. Megan is a highly respected figure within the Minnesota Association for Court Management (MACM); she was elected MACM President in the Fall of 2024 and consistently invests in her professional growth through advanced leadership and educational courses.
